Knotting
It is a traditional method of making fishing nets. The fishing nets are made by weft threads in the warp and shuttle. The nodule size is 4 times the diameter of the net rope and protrudes from the netting plane. This kind of net is called netting. The nodules hit the fish and the side of the ship when they hit the net, which will not only damage the fish but also cause the net to wear out. Because the chemical fiber is smooth and elastic, it can easily cause loosening of the nodules and uneven meshes. This fishing net includes polyester knotted net and PP Knotless net.
Twist method
The two sets of yarns are simultaneously twisted by the machine, and are crossed and interlaced at the intersection point. The net is said to have no netting. Because the yarn at the nodule is not bent, the net is flat and friction is reduced, but the efficiency of the twisting machine is low, the preparation process is complicated, and the horizontal mesh is limited, and it is only suitable for weaving a mesh with a large mesh.
Warp knitting
Raschel warp knitting machines equipped with 4 to 8 comb bars are usually used to connect the warp yarns into a loop, which is called warp-knotted netting. Due to the high warp knitting machine speed (600 rpm), the braided gates are wide and the number of binoculars is up to 800 or more. The conversion specifications are convenient and the production efficiency is several times higher than the former two methods. The warp knotless net is smooth, wear-resistant, light in weight, stable in structure, high in nodule strength, and it is not deformed or loose after being damaged. It can be widely used in sea fishing, freshwater fishing and breeding, and various special purposes.
